Message of Welcome  and a Statement of Excellence from our CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER  Mr Paul H.

"As a personal message to all of our clients world wide I would like to extend a welcome and to thank them for visiting our site and present to them a short summary regarding myself , the  leadership, direction and objectives of the company and some information on my background , career and the various theaters and environments we operate within.

My entry in the Gold Mining and Logistics business goes back 13 years after I took a new direction following the completion of my previous career during which I was fortunate enough to gain several years of military and logistics training following 5 years of active service in liaison with specialist forces on contract to various governments mainly in the Middle East and North Africa.

Following my entry into private life I began various assignments as a logistics consultant for several of the world's leading security companies securing and transporting Gold from South America, Central America, Mexico and Africa to the major refineries in USA, Europe and the Middle East.

The environments I and my team  served in have presented many challenges all of which we have managed in a professional manner. During this phase of my career spending over 13 years in Africa alone, working in Mali, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Togo and Ivory Coast, our team completed over two hundred successful transactions involving gold sourcing, securing, transportation, funding, insurance and delivery to refinery under assignment and consignment.

We like to say that our door to door modular work flow business intelligence logistics and funding model has, evolved over these years to eliminated many of the exigencies and potential risks which can occur Challenges to the integrity of a mission can occur unexpectedly in the often challenging environments,  tight mission profiles ,  short timescales and close order protection protocols  our team of specialists handle on a global basis.

To make this quality service possible for our valued clients and associates we present a well trained and managed logistics and security team all drawn from Military Special Forces backgrounds with many years of experience in Africa, Central and South America, spent working closely with Force Projection platforms including  government, National military forces and specialist government contract liaison agents.

Our pro active team has access to private Jets, Short Take off Turbo Props, Heavy Lift Helicopters and specialist aviation resources for all environments and mission profiles, in order to complete our client assignment, eliminate  and deal with any challenges or apparent obstacles ,we always stand ready to transport securely from "bush to bullion" within accurate and planned time scales and mission profile metrics and  parameters.

Customer Satisfaction, Positive Feedback, Accountability and visibility of mission profile Key Performance Indicators  are to my mind  vitally  important assets to any business, These are the reasons why I have included a client log in portal for consignment tracking and logistics regarding  the metrics and Progress Indicators of individual consignments, all made visible by application  state of the art Business Intelligence data visualization dashboards and on line metrics and on demand detailed reports. Imaginative application of Information Technology enhances our service and   enables a client to be able to track the progress of a transaction iteratively supporting our "Bush to Bullion" Global business model. Professional business rules and methods outlined above in my experience generate repeat business and positive customer satisfaction and Customer Relations Management Success.

The extensive experience I and my colleagues have gained over this time is now available as a valuable strategic  business unit  team resource to our clients, partners and associates.

Our Mission Profile  is one of Economic and Social Empowerment for our Primary Producer  partners  delivered by the vehicle of  our clean sheet design World Class Environmentally Responsible Gold and Diamond  Mining initiative initially being operated in he  West and Central African Continent.

To support this mission profile we have negotiated multiple JVA's and Technology Transfer Agreements with local miners and Government partners to enable us to bring their product to market  in an efficient, competitive, streamlined and non-corruptible bottom up approach by synergistically working with current and new producers and streamlining their operations to bring product to global markets, the local industry greatly benefits. This approach fosters trust, legitimacy and lends an international exposure previously unheard of for the otherwise insular local small-scale enterprise  and  indeed the developing mining industry throughout the African Continent.

Career Development and Technical Empowerment.

Our managers are selected to not only be technically sound in engineering, but we look for individuals who can progress quickly through supervision and into management. A mining engineer's chief responsibility is to take the most ore out of the ground for the least cost and least adverse environmental impact.

This is accomplished by mining engineers providing technical assistance in many areas, such as rock mechanics, ore reserve evaluation, mine design, equipment selection, and mine land reclamation. Key management-related concepts that the mining engineer deals with on a regular basis include health and safety, economics and finance, labor relations, project management, environmental management, and labor and environmental law. All of these concepts, and more, are included in the skill-set of our management.
Academic Opportunities and Support.

In cooperation with our partner universities, The Colorado School of Mines, Syracuse University in the USA and Liverpool University in the UK we offer an intern career path to our selected interns and trainees.

In addition to the Mining Engineering and Management core career, interns in the program can take elective courses in engineering and construction materials, advanced rock mechanics, computer application in geoscience modeling, rock slope engineering, gold mining, engineering project management, and advanced management techniques.

Our Mining Engineering Program Career Objectives, choose people for the below qualities: 

a) To have the analytical, technical and mine design abilities necessary to work effectively in the field of mining engineering and will be informed of recent technical advances in the field.
 
b) To be cognizant of societal issues and their role as future professional engineers working for the general benefit of society, and will be awarded a number of technical qualifications depending on their career progression.

c) To have the motivation to advance their careers and grow with the company as the business model expands across the African Continent.
